Shipping

We ship orders five (5) days a week. On days six and seven, we are busy playing pickleball! Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will ship out on the following Monday.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After our fulfillment team has processed and shipped your order, you will receive a second email notification containing your tracking information.

We currently offer standard shipping to the USA and Canada only. However, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Just send us a message regarding your international shipping request at support@radpickleball.com, and we will make it happen for you.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of your order’s delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

The product must be unused, unmarked, in its original packaging, and returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

Send us an email at hello@radpickleball.com with your full name and order number. Our team will then send you detailed instructions and the warehouse address.

Yes, generally. If the return is due to a change of mind or is not caused by a defect, you cover the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs. Please contact hello@radpickleball.com immediately with your order number and proof of damage (photo or video).

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be fully processed and issued via the original payment method.

Products

The lifespan of your RAD Pickleball paddle depends on how you care for it. Generally, paddles last from one to five years. As a rule of thumb, expect to be purchasing a new paddle every two to three years.

Yes, all of our pickleball paddles are USA Pickleball approved. You can view our continually updated list of approved paddles [HERE].

Our paddles are passionately designed in California and expertly manufactured in Asia under the highest quality standards.

Payments

To provide you with the highest security and flexibility, we accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Stripe allows us to securely process all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

Absolutely! We use Stripe and PayPal, two of the world’s most secure payment platforms. This means we never store your card details on our servers.
