Are your paddles USA Pickleball Approved?

Yes, all RAD Pickleball paddles are USA Pickleball approved. We consistently update our approved list as we release new models to ensure you are always tournament-ready.

We’ve got you covered. If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect or damage, please contact us with your order number and photo/video proof. In these cases, we will handle the shipping costs for your exchange or provide a full refund.

You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, show no signs of use, and have no manufacturer defects (unless reporting a damaged arrival). Please note that sale items or products bought with promo codes are non-refundable.

We ship 5 days a week (Monday–Friday). On weekends, we’re out playing pickleball! Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM or during the weekend will ship on Monday. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Depending on how you care for it, a RAD paddle typically lasts between one and five years. As a general rule of thumb for regular players, we recommend upgrading your paddle every two to three years to maintain peak performance.
