Rad Pickleball Shipping Policy

At RAD Pickleball Co., we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly as possible so you can get back on the court. Please read our detailed shipping terms below.

• Processing Time: We process and ship orders five (5) days a week.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Fridays or throughout the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday. (Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for pickleball mode!)
• Notifications: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email notification containing your tracking information.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the USA and Canada that total over $150 USD.
• Standard Rates: Standard shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout, based on the order weight and destination address.
• Returns: Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable in the event that you return your purchase.

We work with the main and most reliable carriers in the United States, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The specific service is selected at the time of purchase to ensure the best option for your location.

• Coverage: We currently offer standard shipping only to the USA and Canada.
• Global Shipping: If you wish to ship anywhere else in the world, please contact us at support@radpickleball.com with your international shipping request, and we will manage it for you.
• Customs Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any additional costs due upon receipt of the order, including duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order cost or shipping fee.
