Yes, all of our pickleball paddles have been USA Pickleball approved. You can see our approved paddle list here. We will continually update the list with our new paddles that have been approved.
For paddle orders placed through our site, radpickleball.com, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy.*
At any time within 30-days of when you receive your paddle, you may submit a claim through our RETURNS PAGE for a return authorization.
Of course, paddles that show signs of abuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long your RAD Pickleball paddle lasts will depend on how you care for it. In general, paddles last one to five years. As a rule of thumb, expect to be buying a new paddle every two to three years.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
We ship 5 days a week. On days 6 and 7 we are playing pickleball. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm or over the weekend will ship on Mondays. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@radpickleball.com
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We currently only ship in the USA and Canada. But we’re happy to ship to anywhere in the world. Just send us a message about your shipping request at support@radpickleball.com and we will make it happen for you.
