Making Waves: RAD Pickleball at the 2023 Pacific Airshow

At RAD Pickleball, we’re all about pushing boundaries and bringing our love for the game to new and exciting places. This year, we took our passion to new heights at the 2023 Pacific Airshow in Huntington Beach. It was a thrilling opportunity to witness electrifying aerobatic performances and introduce a first-of-its-kind pickleball experience on the beach.

We set up a proper pickleball court on the sands of Surf City, blending the vibrant spirit of our sport with the airshow’s dynamic atmosphere and our coastal lifestyles. Over three sun-soaked days, we invited everyone – from pickleball veterans to newcomers – to join us for fun, competitive play, and plenty of RAD memories.

Our presence at the airshow showcased RAD Pickleball as a community, hosting a demo paddle table, offering free play, and organizing engaging activities and giveaways. This was our way of spreading the stoke of pickleball and ensuring everyone left with great memories and a smile.

Playing pickleball with the ocean as a backdrop and under the golden California sun was an experience unlike any other. We reveled in the chance to bring our sport to a diverse audience, introducing them to the world of pickleball in the most RAD way possible.
